1. About NF Studio

NF Studio is an online course and white-label learning platform operated in Bangladesh, registered at Birikulla, Shajahanpur, Bogura, Bangladesh. NF Studio provides the technology that lets coaching centers, schools, and individual educators ("Tenants") sell and deliver digital courses to their students under their own brand. 2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; users under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

All courses sold on this platform are digital products — video lessons, live class access, downloadable materials, and community/group access delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment. Access is granted automatically and instantly to your account once your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, typically within a few minutes.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz, a licensed payment service provider. We do not store your card, mobile banking, or net banking credentials on our servers — SSLCommerz handles that directly.

Before completing any purchase, you must review and accept our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy via the checkout consent checkbox.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which offers a refund window with payouts processed within 7–10 working days of an approved request.

6. Intellectual Property

Course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without written permission from the course creator or NF Studio.

7. Tenant & White-Label Use

Coaching centers and educators operating a Tenant storefront on NF Studio are independently responsible for the accuracy of their own course listings, pricing, and communications with their students, while NF Studio provides the underlying platform, payment processing, and hosting.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting unauthorized access, uploading harmful content, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

NF Studio is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; access to purchased digital content already delivered is governed by our refund policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
